GENERAL QUESTIONSWhat types of drinks can I make with the machine? While you can mix anything you would like, we offer over 30 flavors (see our flavors page) with recipes and they are tried, tested, and delicious. Deviating from these recipes also runs the risk of the mix not freezing properly or in time. Do you provide the drink mixes, or do I need to supply my own? We do provide drink mixes; however, you can also rent just the machine. Is alcohol included in the rental? We do not provide alcohol, but we will provide you with recipes and instructions if you choose to mix alcohol in.Can the machine make non-alcoholic drinks? Absolutely! In fact, our machines are equally as popular as slushie machines for kids parties, and we have many flavor options that are kids favorites! RENTAL PROCESSHow far in advance do I need to reserve a machine? While two weeks or more is ideal, you can reserve a machine the day before the event, provided we have availability and your desired flavor in stock. If we have to order your desired flavor, the minimum would be 4-5 days. Anything booked within 2 weeks (unless you are only renting the machine without any flavors) will have a rush fee of $50.What is included in the rental package? Everything we offer is A-La-Carte; however, you must rent a machine at the very least. Everything else is an add-on.Do you deliver and pick up the machine? Is there a delivery fee? We deliver and pick up for FREE to select zip codes. Please reach out to us with your event's address to see if you are within our free delivery area. If you are outside, we charge $2 per mile.How do I clean the machine after use? We ask that you drain all the remaining mix (feel free to save it for later) and run a few gallons of warm to hot water through the machine after your event ends. We will handle the rest of the clean-up! TECHNICAL QUESTIONSHow many drinks can the machine make at one time? Each flavor bottle makes (roughly) 56 8oz cocktails or 48 slushies/virgin cocktails.How long does it take for the drinks to freeze? Freeze time can vary depending on the environment of the event, but usually takes about 2 hours for alcoholic beverages and 1 hour for non-alcoholic drinks.Do I need a special electrical outlet for the machine? You can plug the machine into a regular wall outlet.What should I do if the machine stops working during my event? Please contact us if the machine stops working and we will try to walk you through trouble PRICING AND PAYMENTSHow much does it cost to rent a machine? Please see our pricing page for all prices.Is a deposit required? If so, how much? A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date, and the balance is due 7 days prior to your rental day.Do you offer discounts for multiple machines or multi-day rentals? Please fill out our contact form and tell us your specific desires for custom pricing on unconventional orders.What is your cancellation policy? We cannot stop you from cancelling - things change! The 25% deposit is non-refundable; however, if you cancel your rental after you have paid the remaining 75%, we will refund that so long as you do not cancel the day of your rental. EVENT-SPECIFIC QUESTIONSHow many people does one machine serve? This depends on how much people plan to drink; however, the machine will most likely need to be refilled occasionally throughout the event. Each flavor bottle makes (roughly) 56 8oz cocktails or 48 slushies/virgin cocktails. Can the machine be used outdoors? Yes! But it cannot be rained on and will be more effective in the heat if it is underneath shade.Do you provide cups, straws, or other accessories? We do! Please see our add-ons and pricing here!Are there any restrictions on where the machine can be set up? The machine must be on a flat and sturdy surface, and it does need to plug into a regular outlet. If you need an extension cord, we can provide one.-
